Q: Will my laundry be mixed with other people’s laundry?

A: No, all orders are kept separate from start to finish. Your clothes will never be sorted, washed, dried, or folded with other orders.

Q: Do you offer dry cleaning?

A: No, we offer on demand basic laundry services for busy people.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We provide laundry services to the Mini-Cassia area currently. If you are interested in our laundry services and live outside the Mini-Cassia area, send us a message and we can get you a quote or we can put you on a mailing list to let you know when we expand.

Q: Do I tip my Busy Bee launderer?

A: Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

Q: What type of person uses an on demand laundry service?

A: We help many people with their laundry needs including: students, stay at home parents, working population, businesses (restaurants, gyms, salons, etc.), Airbnb & hotel guests, people who live in apartments, people who live in single family homes, people who’s washer is down for repairs, single people, married people, geriatric people, teens, disabled or injured persons, regular & occasional customers. We even make great gifts for people who have everything, or who have new life events (new baby, recovering from illness/surgery etc.) that make doing their laundry more difficult. If you need laundry done, we will do it for you.

Q: Can I bring my laundry to Burley to avoid the mileage surcharge?

A: Yep! We will gladly meet up in Burley to cancel the surcharge. If you are working in Burley, or traveling to Burley just shoot us a message to arrange.

Q: What days/times can I order?

A: Our Busy Bees will pick up your order 7 days a week, between the hours of 8am-8pm. If you order outside of this window, we will contact you to arrange pick up during pick up hours.

Q: What do I put my clothes in for pick up?

A: Any bag that will close will work. Most people prefer to use a disposable bag.

Q: Do I need to be home for either pick up or delivery?

A: Nope! You are welcome to be home or do contactless pick up and delivery. We just ask that your clothes are in a closed bag and outside for us to pick up.

Q: How do I know how much my laundry weighs?

A: Our Busy Bee will weigh it for you before they deliver it. But in general, a laundry hamper holds approximately 10-15 pounds of laundry.
