What’s included in our pick-up and delivery service? We will wash your clothes in Kirkland Ultra Clean or Kirkland Ultra Clean Free & Clear. Your clothes will be dried in a dryer unless you want them hang-dried. Hang-dried clothes must be placed in a separate bag with the hangers you provide. If you forget hangers, we can provide them at an additional cost. We also offer bleach, fabric softener, dryer sheets, stain remover, and pet hair removal at an additional cost.

Purchase of stain removal does not guarantee stains will come out. We will do our best to apply stain removal and scrub on the stain to give the best chance the stain will lift.

Orders placed before 10 a.m. can be returned the next day by 9 p.m.

Orders placed after 10 a.m. will be returned in two days by 9 p.m.

Same-day delivery is available when ordered before 10 a.m. There is a $10 charge per 15 lbs. of laundry.

No need to be home during pick-up or delivery. We will deliver your clothes to the designated area you leave your clothes in for pick up.

Payment is due in cash on delivery or via Venmo/PayPal before delivery. Must have exact amount with cash option. The driver does not carry change.

No Show Order fee is applied if you have a pick-up scheduled and our Busy Bee travels to pick up your order, and it isn’t there or ready to go.
